being in a group??

which one is better?
being in a group or alone?
As for me being in a group is better
but how to have an active group?
since the group consist of many members
of course there must be the very active and passive member.

these are some tips to deal with it !!!

1.know your members and study their character

2.not to give the attention to active member only

3.ask the point of view from the passive member.Make he/she speak aloud.

4.play some game to get closer.Break the ice!!

well i thinks that's all ..
that was just my point of view
its nice to be in a group and do great things together..
and of course make the learning process is fun..

enjoy your teenage life..
because time will flies and never comeback...
